The Supreme National Economic Council (SNEC) is drafting a new 10-year Cambodia Industrial Development Policy (IDP) 2026-2035 roadmap designed to transition the country’s manufacturing sector away from low-skilled, labour-intensive production toward high-productivity, technology-driven, and skilled industries.
