The importance of agriculture to the Kingdom has long been cemented with Prime Minister Hun Manet reiterating the sector as instrumental in its quest for an upper-middle-income economy by 2030 and high income by 2050. At the same time, he has also been pushing for digitalisation as the way forward. Agritech therefore is but a natural merger of these two key sectors in Cambodia.
