Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers (OCM), is on a visit to Japan to meet with key Japanese leaders, discuss investment and business opportunities in Cambodia, facilitate trade, and promote investment in alignment with the policies and strategies of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
