Despite a low rank of 100 among the nations for innovation, the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2025, released last week, has praised the Kingdom for its successes in the area of microfinance.
Cambodia ranks first in providing loans from microfinance institutions, second in credit, and 10th in domestic credit to the private sector, says the GII report.
