The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) Monday signed a new agreement with KCI-BOTEK JV, an international consortium, to accelerate the Cambodia Cross-Border Connectivity Enhancement Project (3CEP), an initiative designed to improve connectivity and border infrastructure in the northeast provinces.
