Cambodia has reinforced its standing as one of Southeast Asia’s emerging leaders in renewable energy by accepting in principle the offer to host the 3rd International Conference on Fossil Fuel Phase-Out, a major forum thrashing out plans on replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy.
