The National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), Liquid Group and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) yesterday officially marked the Phase 2 launch of the cross-border QR payment linkage between Cambodia and Singapore with the support of ACLEDA Bank and Phillip Bank at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh.
