The Cambodia Tourism Board (CTB) Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore Airlines (SIA), aiming to strengthen cooperation and promote the Kingdom’s tourism destinations to regional and global markets to boost international tourist arrivals.
