Cambodia is strengthening long-term investment and management of its urban water supply sector after the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) completed a three-year technical cooperation project focused on planning, institutional capacity and public utility management.
