The Federation of Associations for Small and Medium Enterprises of Cambodia (FASMEC) and Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with a particular focus on reducing logistics costs and expanding export opportunities for locally produced goods.
