On 28 July 2022, the Virtual Business Program was successfully conducted under the topic “The Current Trends of Technology in Marketing Strategies”. This program was created with an aim to provide the platform where members can build the network and exchange their experiences as well as knowledge related to the trends that are notable in the current marketing strategies.
In this program, two CJBI members, Ms. HEANG Omuoy, President of Tux Global Institute and CEO of Camsolution Technology and Mr. BIN Socheat, Co-founder and Operational Advisor of Peth Yoeung were invited as our guest speakers. Meanwhile, we also have Mr. SOK Leap, Founder and CEO of SALA, as our moderator for the discussion session.
This program provided many useful tips from the practical experiences of each speaker whose companies utilize technology applications in their business. During the discussion session, there was a fruitful interaction among our audiences, speakers and moderator which made our event more meaningful. From this session, we learned that there are 10 notable Tech Trends in the marketing strategies, including Authentic long-form content, Chatbots and Conversation AI, Voice Search, Data Analytics, Social Media Marketing, New areas in e-commerce, User Experience, Metaverse, A cookieless future, and SEO and keywords. In fact, technologies are important for Marketing Strategies as it would help to reduce costs for the industry; at the same time, it also helps to enhance the fast and easy communication tools as it could reach out worldwide.
Overall, there were 56 participants attending this session through Zoom Application and Facebook Livestream.
