On 06th October 2022, CJBI conducted an event called CJBI Networking Gathering under the topic "Methods to Sustain the Balance between Virtue and Income of the Company based on Buddhist Philosophy" which was given by Mr. IENG Sotheara, Adviser to the Sangha Committees of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Founder of Picnic Resort, Phum Sokharavy, Phum Romdoul, Lotus, and the President of Cambodia-Japan Association for Business & Investment (CJBI).

The purpose of conducting this event was to offer a platform for the participants to learn more about business ethics and methods to enhance the sustainable business environment in Cambodia, as well as to provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs and business owners to build networks with one another.

72 participants attended the event and most of them are satisfied with this arrangement as there were many interesting activities such as Meditation Session, which was led by Professor Noun Thong, and Team Building, which was led by Mr. NOEM Chhunny. At the same time, we also honored to have a presence of Samdech Dr. Chhoeng Bunchhea, who gave a fruitful speech related to general fact of doing business followed by Buddhist practices. More importantly, during our sharing session by Mr. Sotheara, he deeply elaborated the tips to balance the business ethics and income of the company based on the Tenfold Buddhist Law of Attraction.

Overall, the event ended with a fascinating moment among all the participants. The dinner session after the event provided a good opportunity for them to interact and build network with one another.
