On 16th October 2022, CJBI and CJCC co-organized the ‘’Seminar on How Management Encourages Employees to Adopt Innovative Practices at Work’’ by Mr. Yasuo Izumi, a JICA expert who has over 40 years of experience in business planning, strategy, operation, finance, corporate core management and other experiences on managerial issues for SMEs, international organizations and large firms.

The purpose of conducting this seminar was to provide the targeted participants of both CJBI members and non-members the concepts and methods to empowering their staff to be more innovative at work.

Mr. Yasuo Izumi, the lecturer, presented a presentation on the given topic and several important aspects pertaining to human resource management, which made the session meaningful. In addition to the provided information, he focused on some fascinating aspects of human resource management, such as the new concept of leading mode, the working environment, management by walking around, the chance to meet with experts in the relevant field, the new HR mode, the key mode of operation, and leading and management, which were considered to be beneficial to the participants.

More than 20 participants actively participated in both the lecture and the question-and-answer section of the seminar.
