The Minister of Labor and Vocational Training has requested that the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Cambodia continue to develop human resources in technical and vocational training in order to improve the momentum of Cambodia's economic growth to 7%.The minister pointed out that technical and vocational training needs to be improved in order to boost investment in Cambodia, particularly from Japanese businesses. In response to this cooperation, Sanui Kazumasa, President of JICA, agreed to thoroughly review the request of the Royal Government of Cambodia and The Minister of Labour and Vocational Training. Although the partnership between Cambodia and Japan has reached “a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership’’, they will continue to strengthen and establish cordial relations.
