On 21st October 2023, with the support of CJCC, CJBI organized “CJBI Business Networking Retreat 2023” at Romdoul-Village under the two main topics: (1) Family and Work -Life balance, (2) Business Sustainability and Ethics.

We had the privilege of having Mr. Ieng Sotheara, Advisor to the Sangha Committees of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Founder of Sokharavy Village, Rumdoul Village, Lotus Radio, and the President of CJBI, who shared valuable insights during these two sessions.In the first sharing session, Mr. Ieng Sotheara explained the importance of Family and Work-life balance by using Buddhism’s philosophy as an example. In the second sharing session, he elaborated the point on how to retain Business Sustainability and Ethics based on Buddhism’s philosophy. On top of that, this event also came up with engaging activities such as team discussions and group lunches, giving participants the opportunity to connect with one another.

Overall, the “CJBI Business Networking Retreat 2023” was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impact on all participants. The sharing session not only provided participants with a sharp perception but also gave them a deeper knowledge of Buddhism and how to apply it to their personal lives.
