Heng Sour, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, met with Governor Muri Yoshihiro of Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, to encourage provincial enterprises to recruit Cambodian trainees and skilled workers. The Minister conveyed gratitude for the Governor's support and expressed satisfaction with the cooperation. In order to look into potential investments and career training, he also extended an invitation to the governor and chamber of commerce of Sendai to visit Cambodia. In addition, he asked the Chamber of Commerce to consider hiring skilled workers from Cambodia when hiring more foreigners.
