The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Cambodia’s Techo Startup Center have jointly launched a Digital Adoption Initiative (DAI) to intensify micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) digitalization in the Southeast Asian country, said an ADB press release on Monday.
