A high-level investment forum under the Special Programme to Promote Investment in the four Northeastern Provinces of Cambodia (SPIN 2025–2028) was convened on Monday, under the presidency of Dr Hean Sahib, Advisor to the Prime Minister, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of the SPIN Working Group (WG).
