On 14 October 2021, CJBI conducted a Webinar under the topic “Recovery Plans for Endemic of Covid-19: The Real Case Studies of SMEs in Japan” by Mr. SATOSHI Tsuji, Senior Consultant and JICA Expert. This webinar aimed to provide participants with an opportunity to learn how to create an optimized corporate strategy for their business as well as to learn practical experiences from the case studies of Japanese companies for better survival of the Covid-19 situation.

In the webinar, Mr. SATOSHI Tsuji shared the participants with some cases of emerging new business models in the center of Tokyo during the endemic of Covid-19 and good and bad points of these Japanese companies which business owners in Cambodia could learn from and apply to their business operation during this critical situation.

This webinar provided participants with many useful pieces of advice along with the solutions of effective corporate strategy. During the discussion session, there were active interactions between the participants and Mr. Tsuji,  which made our event more meaningful. In total, 40 participants joined this webinar.
