CJBI, with the cooperation of CJCC and JICA, had conducted a Consultation Session related to Strategic Management by Mr Satoshi TSUJI, JICA Expert and senior consultant, for CJBI member companies on October 25 and 26, 2021.

CJBI has firm purpose that individual consultation session will bring our members the opportunity to discuss one on one about their hardship that they encounter and seek advice for improvement in their business operation through the consultation with our expert, who has hands-on experience in strategic management and corporate growth.

In this phase, CJBI offered three individual consultation sessions to three CJBI members to thoroughly discuss with lecturer. The lecturer had advised as well as consulted on our members’ concerns regarding the problems they had encountered throughout the years of business operation such as marketing strategies, business expansion strategies and ways to re-finance in maximizing company’s growth and marketing plan for exporting.

After each session, all companies expressed their appreciation towards the session offered and would like to attend more sessions next time.
