Cambodia has stepped up efforts to modernise its trade infrastructure, with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) calling for potential investors to participate in the development of the proposed Sihanoukville Logistics Complex, a flagship project aimed at strengthening the country’s transport and supply chain capacity.
