


On December 8th, 2021, CJBI conducted a Webinar under the topic “Successful Development of the Organizations to Enhance Customer’s Satisfaction by Applying KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement)”. The purpose of this webinar was to provide participants the concept and methodologies of KAIZEN through case studies in Japan and other countries and how to implement those aspects.
Our JICA Expert Mr. Mitsuo TAMADA, President and CEO of Truspire Co., Ltd., presented the overview of corporate strategies and operations management and explained the concept of KAIZEN together with the real KAIZEN cases in service and manufacturing sectors in Japan and other countries. On top of that, he also shared the participants with the formation of QCC (Quality Control Circle) at the workplace as well as the 5S concept and Elimination of 7 wastes, which were useful for the participants to apply those concepts at their organizations.
This webinar provided participants with many valuable pieces of advice along with practical experiences to help participants improve their business operations. During the discussion session, there was good interaction between participants and speaker which made our event more meaningful. In total, 50 participants actively joined this webinar.
