On December 22-23, 2021, CJBI with the cooperation of CJCC and JICA offered business consultation sessions to 4 CJBI member companies. The consultation sessions were provided by Mr. MITSUO TAMADA, President and CEO of Truspire Co.,Ltd. and also JICA Expert in the area of operation management. The four companies included Maple Tree Real Estate, Eternity Title Company, Udaya Technology, and Light Bridge School.

The purpose of conducting this individual consultation session was to provide our members a personalized business discussion with the expert where they could spontaneously seek for any advices regarding their business operation.

In the discussion, the expert brought up many essential points such as business framework including vision, mission, credo and strategy, as well as strategic management including company growth strategy, swot analysis, critical success factor and strategic planning process. Moreover, employee evaluation focusing on systematic, business competence, and client service was also discussed. Besides, the expert also touched on how to improve and keep track of the performance by practicing the 5 whys, 5s, Kaizen and 7 wastes concepts.

The sessions were completed with the high satisfaction and plentiful interaction from all participated companies.
