CJBI successfully co-organized the 2nd Entrepreneurship Forum with CJCC under the theme “Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovative Solutions to the New Normal” on January 27 & 28, 2022. Amazingly, it was a great honored to have four CJBI members as guest speakers and moderator in two separated sessions on 27 January, 2022.

In the first afternoon session, one of CJBI members, Mr. ASAHINA Hiroyuki, Representative and Certified Public Tax Accountant, F.I.L Inc., provided a lecture related to “Scenario Planning for New Normal: Do Not Forecast the Future”. Many useful tips were discussed such as the differences between prediction and scenario as well as the concept of scenario planning.

For the consecutive session, three CJBI members including Mr. CHAN Sopheak, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Angkor Green Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Ms. HANG CHOUN Narita, Head of Corporate Banking of J Trust Royal Bank, and Moderator, Ms. HEANG Oumouy, President of TUX Global Institute & Chief Executive Officer of CamSolution Technology Company, participated  in the discussion together with Ms. DEK Dary, Director of 360 Events, under the topic “Business Recovery Plan and Innovative Solutions to the New Normal”. It was a very fruitful discussion by which participants could learn how to be well-prepared in the era of new normal through advancing new strategies and solutions such as the practice of deep work, priorities of business for 2022, consumers buying behavior, and working capital management.

In total, there were approximately 80 participants actively joined the session.
