


On March 12, 2022, CJBI and Lotus Radio organized a Seminar under the topic “Learning from the Business Philosophy of Mr. INAMORI Kazuo”, with the support from CJCC, JICA, JETRO, and Kyocera Corporation Inamori Library. The session was provided by Mr. IKEDA Naruo, Inamori Library Operation Unit, General Affairs and Human Resource Management Department, Kyocera Corporation, as well as Mr. HAMADA Soichiro, CEO of Ryochi Keiei Co., Ltd.
The purposes of this seminar were to share about the activities of Seiwajuku and the business philosophy of Mr. INAMORI Kazuo, which is familiar with the Buddhism, and to promote business collaboration opportunities among Cambodian and Japanese Companies based on business philosophy.
In the discussion, both guest speakers brought up many interesting ideas related to Inamori Philosophy, which highlights the importance of ethical management and operation while adhering to the idea of "doing what is right as a human being." Moreover, three elements that influence our life and works such as Ability, Efforts, and Attitude were also discussed. In addition, to elevate our minds, according to Six Endeavors by Mr. INAMORI Kazuo as mentioned by our speakers, we should practice these following principles such as Strive Harder than Anyone Else, Remain Humble, Reflect Daily, Appreciate Life, Do Good Deeds and Serve Others, and Don’t Dwell on the Past. Interestingly, Ryochi Keiei's motto, which is related to the spirit of “Respect the Divine and Love People”, has inspired us to keep the spirit of working honestly and ethically in respect of people, our work, our company, and our worldwide community.
Totally, 140 participants actively joined this session and it was completed with high satisfaction and plentiful interaction from all participated companies.
