Cambodia’s employment is projected to reach 11 million by 2026, driven by industry and services. However, only 48.9 percent of workers are employed at their education level, posing a skills challenge ahead of Least Developed Country graduation, according to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training’s (MLVT) report.
