On June 17, 2022, Cambodia-Japan Association for Business and Investment (CJBI) and Lotus broadcasting service Co.,Ltd. successfully co-hosted a Seminar on “The Business Opportunity on Real Estate and Construction Sector in the New Normal”. Honourably, we had Dr. IENG Sotheara, Adviser to the Sangha Committees of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Founder of Picnic Resort, Phum Sokharavy, Phum Romdoul, Lotus, and the President of Cambodia Japan Association for Business & Investment (CJBI) as our guest speaker, and Ms. KHENG Khattavy, Managing Director of Eternity Title Co., Ltd. as our moderator.

The seminar's objective was to enlighten the participants on the real estate and construction sectors, including the fundamentals of potential investment opportunities and risk management.

Dr. IENG Sotheara focused on two important points during the session. In the first point, he addressed some general facts about the real estate and construction sectors, including business practices, purchasing and selling tactics, and finally, important factors to consider before purchasing real estate. He brought up Peace, Happiness, and Well-Being in his second primary point. According to his speech, Buddhism recognizes four sorts of peace, seven types of happiness, and six types of well-being. Our speaker highlighted on each type, stressing the key ideas that participants should recall and incorporate into their personal and professional lives.

The event was successfully concluded with 89 participants who attentively attended and interacted during the briefing as well as Q&A session.
